I want to design for you!

At Snickerdoodle we believe in a good faith policy. We know it can be daunting to reach out for custom work, thus we want to ensure peace of mind that, you won’t spend money unless you love the proof made for you.

No Worries! If you can point out what you don’t like, we will change it and send you another proof asap even if it’s a lot! If you decide not to follow through with the project, you will not be charged, and the art made will go into our “art bank”, and may be sold as a product design for Snickerdoodle Studio.

Only the art remains in copyright to the artist of Snickerdoodle Studio, meaning the art may appear on other products within the Snickerdoodle Studio’s store. We offer an option to opt out of this when you start a custom order.

This is a great question, but, it’s a trick question. You aren’t really “paying for custom”. Snickerdoodle doesn’t charge for custom design per se; we charge for the product ordered. So if your custom design does go public you would still pay the same amount for the quantity you ordered.

Yes! If you love the design but aren’t looking for a printing service we will send you a flat digital copy after payment is received. In this case a design fee would be charged. (Design fees vary based on project)
