We only ship our products nation-wide at this time. If you are an international customer, outside of the U.S. your order will not be processed.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds or exchanges on our products. If there is something wrong with the order, or it arrived damaged, please send photos of your order to Sarah@snickerdoodlestudio.com. I will work with you on making things right.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Depending on the product or service, you may receive store credit if your order is damaged, or misprinted. In most cases, a simple reprint of the order will take place. However, if this is a time sensitive order, you will receive a credit for the Snickerdoodle Studio Shop. Please know, I partner with amazing printers, and we both are dedicated to making each customer happy. *If there is any misprinted information like name spellings, location errors, or unwanted design elements, this should have been corrected at the time of proof approval, and a refund or credit will not be issued once the design has been printed.
