The first step to working with me on stickers is to contact me. You can do so by email at Sarah@Sarahyoang.com.

We will Talk

I will respond to you via email. We will cover basics like:

• Theme idea

• Colors

• What the stickers are for (this helps me understand your vision)

• Dislikes - This is just as important, so you are left with pure joy

• If you need a few stickers personally or if you are wanting wholesale to resell them.

• Date you need stickers by

(Mood boards are a bonus and are much appreciated!)

Rough Draft

I mean “rough sketches”. The point of this stage is to make sure I have colors, concept, and layout approved before the illustration is started.

Illustration

This is where the magic happens! I will work on the illustration and I will send you regular updates if you’d like. This process can take a few business days per design.

Proofing

You will get an email showing the sticker design(s). Now is the time for you to check all the details, and to let me know if anything needs adjusting. At this point you can decide if you want to proceed on having the stickers produced.

Payment

Quotes will be given when we first talk. I accept payment through Venmo, or PayPal, or by Check if you are local. I do not require any down payments before we get started, but I do require payment in full to proceed from final proofing.

Printing

Once payment is received, the printing process will start that day. With printing, production, and shipping, you will receive your stickers in 1-2 weeks. (With the exception of Holidays)

Concerns?

For finished products I do not offer refunds, but I will work with my production partners to make it right. If something is wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to email me, so I can fix it.
